1. Riding on an empty stomach

2. Like to compare

7. Riding just after eating

It may also cause abdominal pain and discomfort due to gastrointestinal vibration and mesenteric involvement, which will affect the health of the human body. 8. Not replenishing water during riding



Many riders will only replenish water when they feel thirsty, and they drink it in big gulps, thinking it is very convenient. This is wrong. Replenishing water should follow the principles of "drinking slowly in small sips" and "timely" to ensure physical vitality. If water is not replenished in time, the body's functions will decline, resulting in an insufficient supply of muscle energy substances and oxygen, reduced riding efficiency, and severe cases, cramps.
