Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty Policy

Wheelset：applies to all wheelsets series.

Conditions:

(1) If the wheelset is damaged within 30 days after the customer receives it, pofengwheelset promises to replace the rim, spokes, hubs, etc, and pay the postage. However, after 30 days, customers need to pay the postage. (Premise: need to be within the warranty period)

(2) Hub warranty: Hubs are under warranty for half a year, and free after-sales service is provided once for human factors within that time.

Rim warranty: The rim enjoys a one-year warranty. If it is damaged due to an accidental fall, pit collision, etc., within one year, free rim replacement is provided once.

Spoke warranty: Spokes are under warranty for one year, and free after-sales service is provided once for human factors within one year.

(3) The Standard Warranty program is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser.

(4) Any problem found on the warranty replacement product should be claimed within 7 days after the replacement is received, otherwise, the replacement is viewed as settled. The warranty period applies to the original purchase date and does not reset with a replacement rim.

This warranty coverage DOES NOT cover:

(1) Installation of parts, accessories, or tires that are not originally intended for, or compatible with, the rims/wheels as sold.

(2) Improper assembly or maintenance, including maintenance by an unauthorized technician.

(3)Intentional damage, and minor appearance defects (non-functional damage such as minor scratches are not within the scope of free after-sales service).

(4) Normal wear and tear (nipples, bearings, spokes, pawls, rim tape, decals, stickers, etc).
